Q. How does the Travel Plan by Inman work?
A. The Travel Plan by Inman uses Inman Shipping Worldwide’s network of agents all of the world to assist in bringing a loved one home for ceremony?


Q. Do participants pay annually for coverage?
A. There is a one-time, life-time fee of $450 for coverage anywhere in the world. ($450 single, $875 couple)


Q. Is there an age limit?
A. No. The plan is available to anyone.


Q. How do I make a sale?
A. It’s easy to enter a sale online in the Travel Plan by Inman broker portal located on the Inman Shipping Worldwide website (www.shipinman.com).
You may also complete and mail a hard copy participation agreement along with a check made payable to the Travel Plan by Inman: 9077 Stellhorn Crossing Parkway, Fort Wayne, IN 46815


Q. What do participants get when they purchase a plan?
A. Upon receipt of a paid Travel Plan, a participant will receive a welcome letter, hard plastic credit card size member identification card and a change of address card.

 

Q. How are often are commissions processed?
A. Commissions are processed upon receipt of a paid plan – paper check or direct deposit.

Q. When does the Plan come in to effect?
A. The plan becomes effective when the agreement and payment are processed by our office.

 

Q. Can we enter a sale online via the broker portal with a check?
A. This feature is coming soon. We currently accept credit card via the broker portal.

 

Q. Does the plan include airfare?
A. Yes! Costs could range as much at $15,000 - $20,000 but are covered with the one-time payment of $450.

 

Q. What happens if arrangements are made without calling the Travel Plan by Inman first at time of need?
A. The plan is not a reimbursement place and no fulfillment will be made. 

 

Q. Will commission be reduced when selling the 2nd plan at $425?
A. No. 

 

Q. If someone changes their mind after purchase, how long can they receive a refund?
A. Refunds will be made up to 30 days from purchase date.

 

Q. What does the plan cover?
A. The plan covers transfer to the funeral home for preparation, embalming, necessary paperwork including one death certificate, shipping container, transfer to airport capable of shipping and receiving human remains as well as the airfare.
